Subcommittees within the MCAF play vital roles in overseeing specific areas of operation and decision-making. These subcommittees include:

> Mount & Beau Plan Planters Fund
> Bio fert Company Ltd

> Mechanisation Unit
Each of these subcommittees focuses on addressing and managing various aspects essential to the MCAF's functioning, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and progress in their respective domains.
Membership within the MCAF comprises 111 Co-operative Credit Societies. For Crop 2022, a total of 9,783 planters have delivered cane, with 5,357 of them being enrolled in Co-operative Credit Societies. These planters have harvested cane across an area of 5,428 hectares, resulting in a sugar production of 24,544 tons.
On a factory area basis for Crop 2022:
> The total number of planters contributing cane stands at 9,783.
> Among them, 5,357 planters are affiliated with CCS.
> Planters operating through CCS represent 62.6% of the total.
> The overall harvested area for the country amounts to 39,199 hectares.
> CCS planters have harvested across 5,428 hectares.
> The sugar production from CCS planters accounts for 24,544 tons
