Mr. Dineshsing Goburdhun is a holder of Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from the Association of Business Executives of England (ABE) and B.A (Honours) in Business Administration from the University of Hertfordshire, England.

In 1987, he was awarded a scholarship from the British Council to follow a course on “Agricultural Marketing in developing countries” from the Leeds University, England.  He has also followed a course in “Méthodes advance de planification et de gestion des Cooperatives Agricoles” de Institut International D’Etudes De Developpement, De La Cooperation et Du Travail, Israel.  He joined the Mauritius Co-operative Agricultural Federation Ltd in 1976 as Farm Assistant.  He was appointed as Assistant Secretary in 1979 and got promoted as General Manager in 2004.

Furthermore, he has 44 years of services at the MCAF Ltd which presently operates 13 sales points of Agri – input throughout the island.  He is also in charge of the Bio-fertilizer plant situated at the premises of MCFI Ltd.  He is the head of the Mount and Beau Plan Planters Fund.  As General Manager of the MCAF Ltd, he sits on the following boards and committees:
