    Our Terms and Conditions

    • To be eligible for the MCAF Fidelity Card, a minimum cash purchase of Rs 1,000.00 is required for all cash transactions except CCS members.
    • MCAF reserves the right to modify or cancel the fidelity scheme at its sole discretion and without notice and same is applicable to the terms and conditions.
    • The MCAF Fidelity Card is accepted at all MCAF sales outlets, warehouse and Head Office in Mauritius.
      Participants must be 18 years or older and reside in the Republic of Mauritius to join the fidelity program.
      If you have any queries about the fidelity card, please contact your nearest MCAF sales point.
    • MCAF employees can also participate in the Fidelity Programme.
      These Terms and Conditions are legally binding and compliant with the laws of Mauritius for all participants.

    Our Marketing Permission and sharing of information

    • By signing this form, you consent to being added to MCAF’s mailing list and receiving our latest promotions and marketing material.
    • MCAF will not be held liable for any benefits sent via email or SMS that are not received due to an incorrect email address or mobile number provided by you.

    Our Fidelity Card Program

    • Discounts are applicable only to cash transactions (Debit or Credit Card accepted).
    • If you do not collect your Fidelity Card within two months of application, it will be automatically cancelled.
    • If you lose your card, there is an application fee of Rs 25.00 to replace it.
    • The card is personal and cannot be transferred to a third party. Only one card per person is allowed, and no secondary cards will be issued to family members or third parties. Family members are encouraged to apply for their own card
